Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Stettler, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Surface preparation, including pressure washing to remove all stains, dirt and other foreign matter. Use a biodegradable cleaner. Allow sufficient drying time prior to commencing painting. Protect all surrounding landscaping and properties from overspray during preparation. Repair surface cracks/holes using an appropriate concrete/masonry product for vertical installations Apply undercoat/prime coat (Concrete and Masonry Primer-Sealer)and two coats of paint (Urethane Alkyd Enamel) to the entire exterior surface of the water reservoir, including the roof. Protect all surfaces including ladder, access hatches, landscaping, drives and all adjacent building surfaces from overspray or splatter.
