Reference number : 1613700 Review Title : Restoration of sand pits and gravel pits under the responsibility of the State in the MRC of Côte-de-Beaupré Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources (MERN) wishes to award a construction contract for the restoration of sandpits under the responsibility of the State in the MRC of Côte-de-Beaupré. The MERN must restore its sandpits that are inactive, in violation or at the end of their life, as provided for in the regulation on quarries and sandpits. The MERN prepared this call for tenders in order to restore a sandpit in the MRC of Côte-de-Beaupré. The work will be done under article 42 of the Regulation respecting quarries and sandpits, they will include the leveling of the land, the elimination of waste, the decompaction of the soil and the revegetation. The tender must be presented by a contractor having an establishment in Quebec where he carries out his activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with his name and accessible during normal business hours. The contractor must also have the required licenses from the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec. The Minister particularly draws your attention to clauses 3.12 and 3.13 of the call for tenders document which indicate the conditions of contractor eligibility to tender and compliance of tenders to be respected in the context of this call for tenders. This contract begins at the signing of the contract and ends on November 30, 2022. The work begins on the date set by the Minister's representative who notifies the Contractor in writing and must be completed no later than October 31, 2022. The Department does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received.
