The city of lakeland is seeking bids from qualified contractors to Design, procure, and build the lakeland hamilton 69kv ring bus-12kv Bus distribution substation. The contractor shall furnish all Engineering and design of the substation, procurement and supply all Equipment, materials, supervision, labor, tools, and other related Items necessary to accomplish the construction and installation of The work described herein for lakeland electric (le). This is an Outdoor distribution substation consisting of a six breaker 69kv ring Bus, two 69-12kv power transformers feeding a 12kv main-tie-main bus With a total of six 12kv feeders. The initial construction of the Substation shall consist of only four of the six possible 69kv breakers In the ring and half of the 12kv system, however provisions shall be Made for the future installation of the systems with all bus work, Conduit, and foundations complete. The bids submitted and the purchase order contract, if awarded, shall Be in complete accordance with, without limitation, this invitation to Bid, drawings and specifications attached, all codes, requirements and Regulations referenced therein.
