Box 47 Ripley, New York 14775 (716) 736-6634 BID TITLE: STATION NO. 2 DRAINAGE PROJECT The Ripley Fire District No. 1, Town of Ripley, County of Chautauqua, State of New York hereby requests sealed bid proposals for a Project consisting of the installation of drainage on the east and west sides of a fire hall and approximately 1,000 feet of drainage tile at the District's Station No. 2, 10268 North East Sherman Road, Ripley, New York. Bidders seeking more information about the project may call Jim at (716) 269-4754 or Harlan at (716) 736- 9567. The Bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall be prepared to offer sureties and sign the Form of Agreement within ten (10) days after the date of the Notice of Award. In case of Bidder's failure to do so, the Bidder will be considered as having abandoned the same. All bidders are subject to the provisions of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, and all bid proposals shall contain a signed, non-collusive certificate as specified in the bid document. The Ripley Fire District No. 1 reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all Bids submitted. The Ripley Fire District No. 1 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any or all informalities in proposals received, and to accept the bid best suited to the specific needs of the district.
