The SGVCOG and SGVRHT are seeking proposals to develop an Operations and Services Plan (Plan) and operate the tiny home bridge housing site in Baldwin Park according to the Plan. The site will be located at 13167 Garvey Ave., Baldwin Park, CA 91706. This site will be developed on a parking lot owned by the City and existing structures on the site will be retrofitted to create a homework lab and food space prep for the Service Provider. The site will contain 16 units for families experiencing homelessness (an estimated 45-50 individuals) with a local preference for families with a nexus to Baldwin Park. It is anticipated that additional Cities in the San Gabriel Valley may choose to implement similar tiny home sites. While this RFP provides Baldwin Park specific information, the Consultant is also asked to provide rates for additional sites should the program expand.
