Saint Lawrence County PROJECT: PUMP CONTROL PANEL REPLACEMENT OWNER: TOWN OF PARISHVILLE, PARISHVILLE, NEW YORK Project work will generally consist of replacing the pump control panel and flow meter at the Water Treatment Plant. The Contract Documents under which the work is to be performed may be examined at the following locations: Tisdel Associates, 113 Main Street, P.O. Box 400, Canton, NY 13617. Contract Documents, including the plans and specifications, remain the property of the Engineer and must be returned in good condition within thirty (30) days after award of Contract or rejection of bids. Any document holder returning Contract Documents in good condition will be refunded their plan deposit amount as set forth above. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form, amount and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities if, in its opinion, such action is in their best interest. The attention of the bidder is particularly called to the requirements of conditions of employment to be observed and the minimum wage rates to be paid.
