Site work and paving for a road / highway in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of July 01, 2022, project was awarded to Boswell Asphalt Paving Solutions with an awarded amount of $629,474.40 In accordance with the plans and specifications, this work shall consist of surface treatment utilizing a Microseal for various road segments located in Boise and Kuna, Idaho. Work also includes, micro surfacing, pavement markings, and temporary traffic control. ACHD shall be entitled to Liquidated Damages of $1,250 for each calendar day of delay in the completion of the work. A delay on one portion of the project does not justify delays on other portions of the project. All questions or clarifications concerning the content and requirements of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) must be posted in the Q&A section of the solicitation located at the e-Procurement Portal. All questions or clarifications must be submitted by Friday, June 17, 2022. Any interpretation that may alter or change the ITB will be in writing, in the form of Addenda, which will be furnished via the eProcurement Portal. It is the Bidder's responsibility to check for Addenda before submitting bids. Liquidated Damages of $1,250 for each calendar day of delay in the completion of the work.
