The work covered by the plans and specifications includes: all the necessary work to construct a new two car garage addition and wheelchair access ramp, including but not limited to furnishing all materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to perform all general, architectural, civil, HVAC, civil, site, plumbing and electrical work to complete the Project, complete and ready for operation in accordance with the Contract Documents.
