Palm Beach County is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to select up to ten (10) Pre-Qualified Contractor(s) to provide the services of building inspection (building, plumbing, electric and mechanical HVAC), plan review, and permit processing for PZ&B in accordance with the requirements of Florida Statutes 468, Part XIII, on an "as needed basis". The selected Pre-Qualified Contractor(s) will then compete for projects, which may include any services outlined in the Scope of Work/Services of this RFP, as they arise.
