Event Type Pre-Register Attendance Mandatory Event date Dec 13, 2022 02:00 PM EST Location Via-Email to: anne.ethier@bgis.com Event Note Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to anne.ethier@bgis.com by the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document, to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponent's Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
