The Port of Neah Bay is in need of a qualified contractor to remove a 7500-gallon steel, Cathode- protected underground storage tank located at 1251 Bayview Ave Neah Bay, WA. Contractor services are required to conduct UST cleaning and removal activities, including providing vacuum truck, off-site fluid disposal, and the necessary equipment to excavate and transport the tank to an off-site disposal or recycling facility in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Contractor must be an International Code Council (ICC) certified UST service provider with experience removing USTs in accordance with EPA UST Closure regulations. Contractor must be bonded and insured and comply with the Makah Employment and Contracting Rights Act (MECRA) administrated by the Makah Employment and Contracting Rights Office.
