Request for Quotation (RFQ): Bldg. 110 Balcony Roof Repair Hampton VA Medical Center 100 Emancipation Dr. Hampton, VA 26637 This is a Total SDVOSB Set-Aside IAW FAR 36.204, Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000 and $100,000 NAICS: 236220 | Size Standard: $39.5M Contractors must be registered in the Vendor Information Page (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov) to be eligible The Contractor will provide all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to replace Balcony Roof above rm C401, located in Building 110 at the Hampton, VA VAMC This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures Prime SDVOSB shall comply with subcontracting limitation as defined in 13 CFR 125.6 Site Visit will be held on July 7, 2022, 10AM EDT at Hampton, Virginia VA Medical Center. Contractors will meet at Building 110 loading dock, located on side of Bldg. 110. Minor climbing will be involved. Questions are due no later than July 15, 2022, 1PM EDT. Quotes are due no later than August 5, 2022, 10AM EDT. Any project relevant inquiries shall be sent to Nicholas.Ruppert@va.gov. Quotes will only be accepted via email to Nicholas.Ruppert@va.gov *The value for this project is based on a financial range. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS To assure timely and equitable evaluation of quotations, offerors must follow the instructions contained herein. Offerors are required to meet all the solicitation requirements including terms and conditions, representations, certifications, and technical requirements. Failure to meet a requirement may result in an offer being ineligible for award. Offerors must clearly identify any exception to the solicited terms and conditions and provide accompanying rationale.
