Renovation of an educational facility in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of September 23, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on September 29, 2022** Major elements of the project include: 1. Remodel buildings 2 and 4 and convert to a 16-classroom Pre-K Center and remodel buildings 1 and 5 to accommodate a Multilingual Department. General scope items include improvements to structural elements, building envelope, exterior finishes, interior finishes, instructional technologies, mechanical, electrical, lighting, data, communications and security systems 2. General scope items in the site package include replacement and/or expansion of existing parking areas, parent loop, bus loop, physical education facilities, playgrounds, exterior walkways and canopies, site lighting, site signage, underground utilities, storm water retention, landscaping and irrigation. 3. Buildings 3, 10, and covered play pavilion will be demolished. The selected site will be unoccupied during construction. Question End Date 7/8/2022 2:00 PM
