Frederick, MD 21704 It is the intent of MDOT SHA to use the services provided through this Contract for the following: the scope of work includes the replacement of an existing 30" RCP pipe with a 29"x 45" HERCP pipe. It also includes the replacement of the existing headwall and modification of the existing Junction Box No. 1 (JB-1) to fit the new larger pipe. The area around the pipe will be regraded to meet the new headwall and the shared-use path (SUP) over the pipe will be reconstructed. The project is located on Monocacy Blvd. approximately 1,500 feet east of US 15 and 15 feet west of the MTA railroad crossing. This Contract provides for all labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and other items necessary to complete the scope of work.
