The duration of the contract will be two (2) years with the possibility of three (3) additional years. CONDITIONS: Only general contractors or contractors specializing in this type of work who have an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and who possess the required license under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B-1.1) are authorized to bid.
