Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking proposals from Construction Management firms to provide professional, at-risk construction management services for the design and construction of a new cGMP Facility for cellular & viral therapies of cancer on the 2nd floor of the existing Cancer Cell Center (CCC). The project consists of the construction of a new a cGMP cell and viral vector production space for Phase I/II clinical trials with initially 5 clean production rooms, all adjacent auxiliary rooms, and infrastructure to support an aspiration of 14 clean production rooms. The proposed project will renovate approximately 12,000 square feet on the 2nd floor of the existing Cancer Cell Center (CCC) and will include an approximate 1,600 ft. addition to accommodate mechanical and electrical infrastructure. Construction Management contract does not have MWBE or SDVOB goals, however, the overall construction project will have 15% M, 15% W and 6% SDVOB.
