Tenders must be prepared on the tender forms included in the tender documents and placed in a sealed envelope. They must be accompanied by certified cheque(s) or a bid bond worth 10% of the total amount of the bid. This bond may be replaced by a performance guarantee of the same amount following the award of the contract. Interested contractors can obtain the tender documents on the tender website. The Municipality of Chichester disclaims any responsibility for any expense or damage that may result to bidders as a result of this request.
