CCS seeks to find a contractor or contractors who provide all necessary Labor, Materials, and equipment to provide concrete sidewalks, patios, stairs and curbing AND/OR asphalt repairs on an as needed basis at the direction of CCS Facilities Department. Vendors may bid on one or both aspects. Results of this bid may awarded to one or more vendors depending on the best interests of CCS. The scope of work is to the labor, materials, equipment, and disposal associated with asphalt and/or concrete to maintain CCSs campus and satellite facilities. Project Locations: See below for a list of locations where anticipated repairs are needed. CCS has a right to add and/or remove locations as needed. 1. Colville Center, 985 S Elm, Colville, WA 99114 (Bidders may exclude this location from their proposal if they do not service that area or they may subcontract out this work. The period of performance of any contract resulting from this RFQQ is tentatively scheduled to begin on or about July 1st, 2022, and to end in June 2023. Amendments extending the period of performance, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of CCS. CCS reserves the right to extend the contract up to five (5), one-year periods.
