Reference number : 1614135 Review Title : Collection, transportation, and landfill of residual materials Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-27 Submission sent electronically accepted: No TOWNSHIP OF MELBOURNE COLLECTION, transport and landfill of residual materials The Municipality of the Township of Melbourne is requesting tenders for the collection, transportation and landfilling of residual materials for a period of three (3) years or five (5) years, depending on the option chosen by the Municipality following the opening of tenders, this contract starting on January 1 , 2023. The territory to be served consists of two contiguous municipalities: Canton of Melbourne and Kingsbury. Throughout the tender documents, the word Municipality means the Municipality of the Township of Melbourne as manager designated by the municipalities forming part of the grouping. The conditions of this call for tenders are contained in the documents that are published in the electronic tendering system. In addition, a new body called the Public Procurement Authority (AMP) was created on 1 December 2017, whose mission is to monitor all public contracts, in particular the compliance of the tendering and awarding contracts, as well as receiving complaints from interested persons or companies. The Municipality of the Township of Melbourne being subject to these new provisions, any company or person interested in this call for tenders who is of the opinion that the tender documents do not comply with the contractual rules in force may file a complaint. by following the directives indicated in the Procedure for the receipt and examination of complaints formulated within the framework of the awarding of a contract adopted by the Municipality in accordance with section 21.0.3 of the Act respecting contracting by bodies ( CQLR , c.
