Construction of a new single-story building for the automotive, body and paint, and diesel mechanic shop spaces with classrooms, administrative offices, lab facilities, library/media room, tool room, and restrooms. The work includes associated civil, landscape, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, fire protection, low voltage and furnishings as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. Includes associated sitework, landscaping, reconfigured campus entrance and demolition of two existing buildings.
