The City of Houston Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) is seeking submissions from Architectural and Engineering firms with professional services experience in Single-Family home design, engineering, and permit services for new and rehabilitation projects. The response to the RFQ shall state the architectural/engineering firms qualifications and experience in the area of Single-Family residential home design, site planning, engineering, integration, implementation, surveying, civil engineering, structural engineering, technical specification writing, and project management MWBE Goal: 14% The City of Houston (City) is currently seeking submissions from Architectural and Engineering firms with professional service experience in Single-Family home design, engineering, and permit services. The result of this RFQ will lead to one or more contracts to perform Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Services with a two (2) year initial contract term. Upon expiration of the initial term, the contract can be renewed for up to one (1) successive one (1) year term upon the same terms and conditions. The City has established a maximum contract ceiling of $250,000.000 for the contract period.
