Is this a Small Business Set Aside Procurement: No Is there a BEP/VBP Participation Goal : No Mowing services at US Ecology Illinois, Inc., 13279-350 East St, Sheffield, IL 61361. Mowing will take place monthly from July 2022-October 2022 and April 2023-June 2023 for a total of 7 times. Contract will be from July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023. Trimming will take place monthly from July 2022-October 2022 and April 2023-June 2023 for a total of 7 trimming's. Contract will be from July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023. See Scope of Work Radsite maintenance inspections at US Ecology Illinois, Inc., 13279-350 East St, Sheffield, IL 61361. Inspections will be conducted on a weekly basis for a total of 52 inspections. See Scope of Work Air Sample replacement at US Ecology Illinois, Inc., 13279-350 East St, Sheffield, IL 61361. Replacements will be performed on a weekly basis for a total of 52 replacements. See Scope of Work Quarterly radsite/buffer zone inspection reports to be provided in January Quarterly radsite/buffer zone inspection reports to be provided in April Quarterly radsite/buffer zone inspection reports to be provided in July Quarterly radsite/buffer zone inspection reports to be provided in October Application of herbicide to radsite fence lines to be applied in the May to June time period. Inspection and repair after storm events will be billed at the same rate as the other inspections (estimated 30 hours). Vendor must have 3 years experience working at a hazardous waste site. Vendor must meet the required OSHA training for working at a hazardous waste site (must provide proof of training document upon request). Parts related to storm damage repair will be billed at vendor cost plus 10%. $1,000 will be added to the contract NTE to account for these costs.
