Additionally, any questions regarding the bid documents or the bid process should be directed to Frank Neagle at fan@jwbuckley.com.he contractor shall be responsible for all requirements and regulations relating to minimum wage requirements as administered by the Department of Labor under the Davis-Bacon Act and related acts. The contractor and all subcontractors are required to have registered and be authorized to use Federal Work Authorizations Program "Employment Eligibility Verification (EEV)" in accordance with Georgia law O.C.G.A.13-10-91 "Illegal Immigration Reform and Enforcement Act of 2011". Contract, if awarded, will be on lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 35 days after time has been called on the date of opening. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond and in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Both performance bond and a payment bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids
