Renovation of a medical facility in Weedon, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Reference number : 1603452 Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 20 Replace the existing rooftop unit with a unit with medium efficiency energy recovery. The proposed unit will provide outdoor air treatment, i.e. filtration, dehumidification and air heating. Take care of the layout of the current unit. Modify the 50% ethylene glycol heating network to serve the new rooftop unit according to the new installed capacity. Dismantling the supply, exhaust fans and the heat pipe recovery system as well as the filtration banks inside the building. The rooftop unit was pre-purchased by the CIUSSS de l'Estrie -CHUS from ITC Technologies as part of a public call for tenders (2021-5470). The successful contractor will have to purchase this unit from ITC Technologies at the price agreed with the CIUSSS de l'Estrie - CHUS and the contractor will be responsible for its installation, start-up and after-sales service. Completion time of the work: 8-9 months
