Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Dow, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Elsah Township is seeking bids for asphalting the parking lot at the Community Center located at 14690 Fessler Road, Dow, Illinois 62022 The bid sheet is as listed with a note that a seal coat must be installed one year later. The Board reserves the right to consider or reject all and any bid. Please note all bid qualifications before submitting bid. Any questions please call Allen Davenport at 618-466-1707. Elsah Township is seeking bids for Elsah Township Community Building for paving their parking lot with Hot Mix Asphalt and sealing the new asphalt one year after placing. Project consists of: 3'' Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Course N70 "C" Mix Grading of existing lot Seal the lot approximately 1year after placement of HMA lot. Be IDOT Prequalified under work category 005 Self propelled asphalt paver is required. Provide Density Testing. Provide a current IDOT Certificate of Eligibility for Issuance of Bid Documents Bid Quantities 1) 3'' HMA Surface Course N70 Mix C415 Tons 2) Grade Existing Lot 2,450 SY 3) Bituminous Seal Coat 2,450 SY Specifications: Existing lot is to be graded to drain, provide smooth transition into existing roadways, sidewalks, etc. HMA to be placed in accordance with Section 406 of IDOT Specifications adopted April 1, 2016 Bituminous sealer will be applied with squeegees.
