Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nashua, New Hampshire. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project involves widening Buckmeadow Road at the approach to Main Dunstable Road to provide an eastbound right turning traffic lane on Buckmeadow Road. Work shall include new and reset curb, new asphalt sidewalks, replacement of drainage structures, and coordination with overhead utilities for relocation. Easements are required from abutting land owners. As of October 11, 2024, this project is included in the City of Nashua's FY 2024 CIP. Further information regarding a design firm and timeline for construction has not yet been determined. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
