The scope of the project includes the demolition of the existing building and construction of a new 72-unit structure at located at 290 Rue Principale. The five-storey structure will have common lounges on each floor. The work covered by this contract includes the general construction of one (1) new 72-unit building, component I - families and single people AccèsLogis, on five (5) floors, located at 290 Principale Street in Châteauguay. The Contractor must have completed all the work and fulfilled all the required obligations, including the settlement of deficiencies, so that the certificate of completion can be issued on Thursday, September 26, 2024.
