Engineering Services - Post Tension Floor Repairs For more information on this procurement, please contact: Deborah Howard, Procurement Manager Tel: (937) 425-8310 Email: dhoward@greaterdaytonrta.org DBE Participation: It is the policy of the Department of Transportation (DOT) that DBE's, as defined in 49 CFR, Parts 23 and 26, shall have the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts financed in whole or in part with federal funds under this Agreement. Although the DBE goal for this procurement is 0%, RTA welcomes DBE participation. The successful proposer will be offered a one (1) year blanket purchase order, effective on or about July 13, 2022. The award will be based on: qualifications and experience of staff, project work program and schedule; references from similar types of recent project work and reasonableness of estimated hours as received from responsive and responsible proposers as determined by the RTA. RTA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted. Award of the contract will be made to the Proposer which, in the sole opinion of RTA Staff, best meets the needs of the Authority. The successful proposer(s) will receive a blanket purchase order in accordance with the terms of the Request for Quotation. No written notification of the award will be sent. A proposal may be withdrawn by personal, written, or telegraphic request received from the proposer prior to the scheduled opening date. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening date. The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 24 months. The RTA's anticipated budget range for this procurement is between $25,000 and $28,000. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
