Reference Number : 1614661 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-27 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Municipality of Duhamel wishes to obtain the services of a civil engineering firm for the preparation of plans and specifications, the supervision of the work and the preparation of the control mandate (laboratory) for improvement work on its local roads, in within the framework of four (4) different and specific projects. The successful tenderer will have to provide all the normal services which are usually required for this type of project by reference. The brief scope of the mandate is presented in section 1.1, while the detailed description of the activities is presented in chapter 6. The work will be carried out in the municipality of Duhamel, the plans and specifications must be produced no later than ninety (90) working days after the awarding of the contract, in their final version. The work should be carried out in the spring of 2023 for the projects awarded and the successful bidder must be able to provide all the services expected and defined in this call for tenders during the period of the work. All tenders submitted must be accompanied by a tender guarantee equivalent to 10% of the value of the contract. The submissions received will be analyzed by weighting system. Interested persons should read the Regulation relating to the contract management of the Municipality, Regulation 2020-08 relating to contract management is available in the Calls for tenders and contracts tab of the Administration section of the website of the municipality of Duhamel at municipalite.duhamel.qc.ca Annex 1 included in the annexes must be completed and inserted with the tender submitted. The Council does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders or to grant only part of the four (4) projects concerned, without having to justify its decision and without any obligation towards the bidders and without incurring damages in any way.
