Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Media, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of the installation curbed rain gardens at Jefferson and South Avenue, stormwater facilities, storm tree pits and associated improvements. Each bid must be accompanied by a Form of Guarantee, in the form of a certified check or bid bond payable to the OWNER in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid, and all other Bid Documents listed in the Instructions to Bidders. Only bid bonds from companies licensed to do business in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland will be accepted, which shall be so stated on the bid bond. Prevailing Wage rates and Related Acts rates apply to this project. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Media Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any/or all BIDS or portions thereof, and further reserves the right to determine if any of the Add Alternates shall be awarded. The Borough also reserves the right to award the contract which is deemed to be the lowest responsible bidder. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 7/5/2022 3:00 PM
