The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to replace the roof and associated components on a shop building, as well as transport and dispose of all debris from the original roof. See Figures 2-5 for photographs of the existing roof. Tasks are as follows Remove existing shingles, underlayment, damaged plywood sheathing, drip edging, fascia, soffits, rakes, gutters, and downspouts from an approximately 2,900 sq. ft. building (with an estimated roof area of 4,500 sq. ft.)
