Renovation of a residential development in Kinston, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The project consist of removing and replacing existing central air conditioning units which include external central air conditioning units and packaged air conditioning units within the existing gym. A minimum of a one year warranty will be provided on all work within the completed scope. The City of Kinston reserves the right to reject any and or all bids to waive technicalities. Bids selected will be based upon budget and qualification of the bid package to the City. This project is federally funded and is funded in full and or in part with Community Development Block Grant Funds and thus this project is subject to all applicable CDBG and all applicable federal requirements, including Davis Bacon requirements.
