Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ormond Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project requires specialty type concrete work and the contractor must have a minimum ten (10) years-experience installing projects with integral colored concrete with coquina shell finish with verifiable references. See the bid tab, section 00300 for further details. The work consists of removing all the existing concrete paver banding within the streetscape and replacing the banding with integral colored concrete with coquina shell finish. Other work includes but is not limited to removal of the existing on-grade planters, tree grate and planter box concrete patches, broken curb repair, irrigation removal/capping and cracked/deteriorated concrete panel repair. The work is shown on the Drawings and specified in the Project Manual. Project Schedule: Award: - October 18, 2022 Pre-con: - January 9, 2023 NTP and Construction: - January 16, 2023 Contract Time: Substantial Completion is 210 calendar days. Final Completion is 240 calendar days. The Notice to Proceed date starts the time clock
