CITY OF OXFORD, MISSISSIPPI The City of Oxford, (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: EXTERNAL WATER SYSTEM METERS The Project includes the following Work: Installation of nine 3" through 12" diameter master meters, meter vaults, and appurtenances, at connection points of external water systems connected to City of Oxford's water system. Bids are requested for a single prime contract. The award, if made, will be made to the lowest qualified bidder for either the Base Bid, or Base Bid plus Additive Alternates.
