The City of Oxford, (Owner)
is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
EXTERNAL WATER SYSTEM
METERS
The Project includes the following Work: Installation of nine
3" through 12" diameter master meters, meter vaults, and
appurtenances, at connection
points of external water systems
connected to City of Oxford's
water system.
Bids are requested for a single
prime contract. The award, if
made, will be made to the lowest qualified bidder for either
the Base Bid, or Base Bid plus
Additive Alternates.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents
Contract Documents are available in paper or digital format.
Interested parties are required
to register online to view or
order bid documents at website. Bid documents are non-refundable and
must be purchased through the
website. Bids may be submitted
in either sealed paper format or
electronically. Electronic bid
submittal may only be made
through online. For questions regarding

any proposal accompanied by
letters qualifying in any manner the condition under which
the proposal is tendered will be
considered an irregular bid, and
such proposals will not be considered in making the award.
The City of Oxford reserves the
right to waive any irregularities
and to reject any and all bids if
considered not in the best interest of the City of Oxford, Mississippi.
