Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Nashua, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the construction of a six-story above grade, 45-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire is soliciting letters of interest and submission of qualifications from General Contractors relating to the new construction of a 6-story, 45 unit building in downtown Nashua, New Hampshire. This project is scheduled from early-2023 through late-2024. Following this Request for Qualifications, qualified construction firms will be selected to submit detailed bids based on architectural plans and specifications. The basis for contractor selection will be, in part, experience with similar work, background and experience of assigned staff, locality of firm, accuracy in bidding time and cost of work, and experience working with NHHFA funded projects. Please include bonding capacity and available references with the submission. Final selection of a contractor will be based on these and other factors. Bids will not be accepted from contractors who are not pre-qualified through this RFQ. The statement of qualifications should be made on AIA Document A305 or a form substantially the same. Please reference "The Apartments @ 249 Main Street" on the submission documents and in the email subject line. Request a read receipt if you would like confirmation that the email was received. Funding for the project will be provided in part by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority under the provisions and subject to the requirements of 24 CFR Part 92, as amended.
