Cucamonga School District ( District ) is seeking sealed bids from qualified Contractors for work on the following public-works construction project to be completed on a Multiple-prime CONTRACTOR basis, as described in more detail in the other Bid Documents ( Project ). Rancho Cucamonga Middle School - Building B Renovation The Project consists of the rehabilitation of existing two-story classroom building, new roofing on existing shade structures and site work at the Rancho Cucamonga Middle School. Each bid must be submitted with bid security as described in the Instructions for Bidders. C-36 09 Roofing & Sheet Metal C-43 or C-39 19 Electrical & Low Voltage C-10 11 Glass & Glazing C-17 21 Doors & Hardware B or D16&D24 Prospective Bidders are encouraged to submit their prequalification documents as soon as possible, but in no event shall prequalification statements and supporting documents be submitted later than Ten (10) Days prior to the date fixed for the public opening of sealed bids. Prequalified contractors will be notified within thirty (30) Days of submission of their prequalification documents, but in no event less than one (1) Day prior to the opening of bids of their prequalification rating. Bids will not be accepted from contractors who are not prequalified. Contractors who are not prequalified shall have the right to appeal their prequalification rating as provided for in Article VI of the Contractor s Prequalification form attached to the Bid Packet for this Project.
