Site work for a multi-residential development in Sevierville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development.
Sevierville Housing Authority is currently requesting proposals for the following items: 1. Applying 1.5"-2" (300 cu. Yds.) of premium black mulch on each of the fowerbeds in the following developments. 1) Eastgate Homes, 2) Robert S. Howard Village, 3) Ridgewood Village. 2. Applying pre-emergent weed killer to all mulched areas. 3. Edging and defning all "soft edges" to be mulched. Details for the following proposal is as follows. 1. All mulch will be premium black mulch, 300 yds is expected to cover all beds, quantity tickets will be turned in to Maintenance Supervisor for quantity assurance. 2. All beds should be cleared of winter weeds prior to starting the mulching process. 3. Pre-emergence weed killer will be applied to the top of the new mulch. 4. Soft edging should be done effectively and neatly, giving the beds a defned edge, separating the mulch from the grass lawns. 5. Due to unforeseen utilities, it will be the responsibility of the contractor to contact the Tennessee One Call (811) telephone line to set up marking the utilities before edging can be done. Sevierville Housing Authority will take no responsibility in this matter. Any damage to existing utilities will be the sole responsibility of the contractor. The contractor shall possess and provide the following necessary documents before submitting a proposal, Business License, Liability Insurance Form ($1,000,000 liability), proof of Workman's Compensation Insurance, and Federal Tax ID number. The low bidder will be notifed by 4 pm on June 24, 2022. The starting date for this project will be June 27, 2022. The entire project should be fnished no later than July 15, 2022. No weekend work will be permitted. Payment for the entire job will be made no later than 10 days after the job has been completed, inspected, and approved by the Sevierville Housing Authority. Sevierville Housing Authority is a non-smoking development (cigars, cigarettes, vapes are not allowed on any of the developments). Failure to comply will result in the offender being asked to remove themselves from the property.
