Demolition, site work and addition to a military facility in McConnell AFB, Kansas. Completed plans call for the addition of a military facility.

The Contractor shall conduct demolition and construction efforts at Building 670 IAW Attach 2 - SOW dated 12 May 2022. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, expertise, testing, surveying, equipment, reports, samples, warranties, and transportation necessary to complete the project according to the Statement of Work, plans, specifications, and contract documents. The effort will consist of a base bid and two options. The base bid work shall include the complete interior demolition of existing building 670 and construction of new offices, toilets/showers and a new addition for a training/kitchen/work bay area. Additionally, a new AHU is to be installed along with 2 gas-fired unit heaters, exhaust fan and new LED lighting. Site work will consist of installation of new fence/mow strip, pole mounted light fixtures, relocation of current post mounted keypads. Additionally, contractor shall install sanitary sewer lines, new mud/oil interceptor with tie into the existing sanitary sewer line, new concrete pad, generator and new reinforced concrete paving. Option 1 work includes the replacement of all communications wiring and jacks within existing building and new addition. Option 2 work includes the completion of all work associated with cybersecurity for the facility. All work, including options is to be performed IAW Attach 2 - SOW dated 12 May 2022. Magnitude of Construction: $1M - $5M *Amendment 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 have been released.
