Renovation of a medical facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,300-square-foot medical facility; and one-story above grade medical facility.
Provide construction services to renovate approximately 4,300 SF of space on Floor 2 of Lutheran to allow for expansion and consolidation of Diagnostic Imaging modalities that support the Acute Cancer Care Center. The space will include two new CT rooms, one X-Ray room, a Staff Break Room, Nutrition and Patient Holding Area, along with auxiliary spaces for restrooms, Clean Storage, Dirty Utility, and corridor work. The project will be done in phases with a brief hold (approximately three months) on construction between Phases 2 and 3 to install and activate the new CTs and X-Ray equipment. The existing CT that the project is phased around will remain active until commissioning and first patient readiness is achieved for CTs 1 and 2, along with the X-Ray Room and support spaces in Phase 2.
