Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Essex Jct, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The Town of Essex invites you to prepare a Bid for Old Susie Wilson Road Culvert Rehabilitation Project. Questions can be directed to the Town Public Works at (802) 878 1344. The rehabilitation of an existing corrugated metal plate bolted culvert that is in good condition with the exception of the bottom. The bottom is rotted out, with jagged edges and some deformation. The Project will re-establish the structural integrity ofthe bottom ofthe culvert with a new, reinforced concrete invert. Work also includes the installation of a reinforced concrete culvert inlet cradle and blasted stone armoring as shown on the Plans. Unless otherwise specified herein, work shall conform to the latest versions of the Town of Essex Public Works Specifications, and the Vermont Agency of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction.
