Renovation of a medical facility in Whitby, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This RFQ is issued for the purpose of obtaining Quotations for the removal and disposal of the existing food services tray assembly conveyor and replacement with new. A Preventative Maintenance program for the estimated life-cycle (10 years) of the equipment is requested as well. Ontario Shores has retained the services of Legge Foodservice Facilities Design Inc. to formulate drawings and specifications attached as Appendix B and C, respectfully. The term of the agreement is intended to be for a period of up to and including completion, final review, and acceptance of the final deliverables which is anticipated to be no later than November 30, 2022 (or mutually agreed upon date based on supply chain) and an optional ten (10) years from the end of the warranty period for a Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program.
