The City of Hallandale Beach Owns, Operates, and Maintains the Water Treatment Plant Which Services Approximately 40,000 Residents Within the City's Limits. The City of Hallandale Beach Has Elected to Continue Utilizing City Water for the Longest Extent Possible by Incorporating Provisions to the Existing Water Treatment Plant That Can Accommodate Higher Salinity Raw Water. As a Precaution to Safeguard Against Future Potential Intrusion of Saltwater Into the City's Wellfield, the City of Hallandale Beach Will Install One (1) Reverse Osmosis Skid Within the Existing Membrane Treatment Facility, Capable of Treating Potential Increases in Saline Raw Water. City of Hallandale Beach Has Elected to Move Forward With the Installation of the New Ro Skid to Provide Additional Flexibility and Redundancy in Our Drinking Water Operations. Bidder Shall Assume All Responsibility and All Associated Costs to Complete the Work as Describe in the Attached Exhibits.
