Description: Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Provide Lighting for Strauss and Hall Signs at Virginia Western Community College, Project Code # 260-B1260-055, located in Roanoke, Virginia. The project is generally described as the illumination of three (3) existing exterior wall mounted building dedication signs located on two separate buildings where the dedication signage is currently not visible at night. All three (3) existing signs are flat cut, brushed metal letters mounted with standoffs on existing brick facades. A Standard Commonwealth Bid Bond is required (form CO-10.2) and Contract Security is required for any bid regardless of bid amount. The bidder or offer or shall be a registered vendor in eVA.
