Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Burlington, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project includes for the following works: - Full depth asphalt replacement - Guardrail and bollard installation - Minor concrete works - Asphalt crack repair - Pavement markings This project is a renewal of the parking lots in an occupied (vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists, etc.) environment with existing underground and overhead utilities that must be worked around. Civic Operations Centre: There is constant flow of machinery, heavy equipment, and vehicles within the construction area. Accommodation must be made to ensure access to and from areas not currently under construction, the fueling station, and to the entrance/exit is maintained during construction. Tyandaga Golf Course: The Golf Course remains open during construction, and access to the parking lots and Tennis Club must be maintained.
