The work covered by the contract is detailed in the article "Object of the contract" of the "SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE CLAUSES". A bid guarantee in the form of a certified cheque, bid bond or irrevocable letter of guarantee in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality of Notre-Dame-de-Montauban, must accompany the submission.
