The intent of this bid call is to obtain offers to perform work to complete the supply and installation of gymnasium equipment and gymnasium divider curtains, for two gymnasiums within Bedford Ravines PP-12 Schools, located at 50 Broad Street, Bedford, Nova Scotia, through two separate Stipulated Price contracts, in accordance with the Contract Documents. NOTE: Bedford Ravines PP-12 Schools are currently under construction and being delivered through a Collaborative Design-Build Project Delivery Method, with PCL (Design-Build Contractor) and Archtiecture-49 (Consultant), both comprising the Design- Build Contractor team. The successful Bidder(s) of this Bid call will enter into separate Contracts directly with DPW which will not be assigned to the Design-Build Contractor team. Bidders acknowledge they will, however, be under the direction of the Design-Build Contractor team for all on-site activities. IE: OH&S, submissions, reviews, progress payment submissions and reviews, meetings, and general execution of the Work. In submitting a Bid, Trade Contract Bidders agree to make every reasonable effort to work collaboratively with both DPW and the Design-Build Contractor team to coordinate their work with other Trades and maintain the Master Construction Schedule.
