Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Rockport, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Said sealed proposals shall be for the furnishing of all materials and the performance of all labor according to the drawings and specifications prepared by Jack R. Kinkel and Son Architects, for South Spencer High School Athletic Field Renovations 2022 located at 1142 N. Orchard Rd., Rockport, IN 47635. There is a limit of three (3) sets per Bidder, one (1) set per subbidder or supplier, under the refundable policy. Additional sets may be purchased at non-refundable printing costs. A non-refundable fee will be added for postage when necessary. All proposals shall be made out and submitted on a bid proposal form attached to a current General Form No 96, a bid form prescribed by the State Board of Accounts. Any bid that exceeds a sum of $5,000.00 must be accompanied by a Contractor Financial Statement attached to the General Form 96 as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts. One General Form No. 96 will be required from any one contractor for one or more bids. All proposals shall be firm without escalator clauses. However, if the contractor has not executed the contract within the ten (10) day period, or has failed to furnish acceptable surety bonds as indicated, the Board of School Trustees reserves the right to award the contract to the next higher or best bidder. Contractors shall hold Certification 1542.00B Institutional Buildings (Hospitals, Schools, Prisons) in excess of $1,000,000 up to $10,000,000. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. The Board of School Trustees of the South Spencer County School Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defects or informalities if deemed by it to be for the best interest of said Board.
