Renovation of a mixed-use development in Towson, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This solicitation is being offered to select a supplier(s) to provide necessary labor, equipment, materials, supervision, tools, and all related incidentals required to supply carpet, floor tile and associated materials for Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) (approximately 176 schools and 200 offices). (Commodity Code: 30161701 Carpet Cleaning, Installation, and Repair Services; 30161706 Floor Tile, Maintenance, Repair and Installation) The firms who provide materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for the above bid shall attempt to achieve 15% participation of Minority Business and/or Small Business Enterprise organizations in response to the Board of Education's goal for economic development. The firms who provide materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for the above bid shall attempt to achieve 15% participation of Minority Business and/or Small Business Enterprise organizations in response to the Board of Education goal for economic development. Certified Minority Business Enterprises and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to these solicitations.
