New construction of an educational facility in Danville, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
Description: IALR invites proposals from qualified, licensed architectural firms ("firms" or "offerors") to provide architectural and engineering design services and construction phase services for the design, engineering and construction of the Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) Training Center in the Cyber Park. The work will include preparing the architectural design, preparing the construction documents, preparing the bidding documents, assisting IALR in the award of a construction contract, and providing construction administration services, as stated herein. IALR intends to select one firm to provide these services using the competitive negotiation procedure for professional services as defined in Section 2.2-4302.2 of the Virginia Public Procurement Act; provided, however, that IALR reserves the right to award a single contract for a portion of the A&E services referend herein or to award multiple contracts.
